Our lens is the consumer/customer, so the growth opportunity process we deploy is done through the eyes of the consumer. We have worked with clients that:

  • Have never truly segmented their marketplace and identified optimal targets
  • Have identified specific growth segments they want to pursue (i.e. Small Businesses, Hispanics, Youth, African Americans, the Affluent, etc...)
  • Are interested in proprietary segmentation schemes that go beyond demographics or 'firmographics'
While the consumer is the lens we look through, we do not stop with the consumer! We focus on developing concrete plans for every element of the brand platform that is required to capture a growth opportunity (e.g. product, geographies, channels, price, advertising, promotions, and all the consumer touch points.)      

We work for B2C and B2B client companies, and for brands and industries that we can get "fired up about." We believe that if we aren't passionate about it, it just won't translate into great work.

Our process is flexible & customizable in nature because we understand that client needs vary, and that not everyone wants to start off with a large assignment.
